Integrations

Each store's Integrations section (Settings › Stores › your store › Integrations) lists every integration AccentPOS offers, not only the ones you've set up. Integrations are grouped by what they do: payments, delivery, delivery marketplaces, accounting, developer tools and AI, CRM and email marketing, marketing and tracking, live chat, gift cards, loyalty, operations and workforce. Use this page to connect the integrations you have, see what's coming, and ask AccentPOS for the ones you need.

You never enter API keys or secrets here. They live in the AccentPOS platform environment. This page only holds public identifiers, such as a merchant ID or a location ID.

What each row shows

  • Integration: the name. A Beta tag means AccentPOS is trialling it with a few organisations before releasing it to everyone.
  • Provides: what connecting it gives your store.
  • Identifier: the public reference saved for this store, if there is one.
  • Status: where the integration stands for this store. See below.

The count at the top shows how many integrations are listed and how many are connected.

Statuses

Status What it means What you can do
Connected The system has genuinely completed a connection. PayPal finished onboarding, Nash accepted the store as a pickup point, Xero signed in and its organisation was read back, or a saved reference was proven by real use. Configure, or Disconnect (manager PIN).
Not connected / Reference saved / Onboarding started The integration is available to you, but this store isn't fully connected yet. See Store settings › Integrations for what each of these means. Connect it: Connect with PayPal, Connect → for Nash, Connect with Xero, or Save reference. For Xero, Choose organisation finishes a sign-in that authorised more than one.
Available AccentPOS has switched this on for your organisation, but there's no self-serve setup yet. AccentPOS will set it up with you.
Locked The integration exists, but it isn't switched on for your organisation. The line under the status says why, for example that it isn't released yet or isn't included in your plan. Ask AccentPOS to enable.
Coming soon AccentPOS hasn't released this integration yet. Request it, so we know you want it.
Disabled by AccentPOS Your store was set up with this integration, but AccentPOS has switched it off. This might be during a provider outage or at your account's request. Ask AccentPOS to enable. Connect and configure actions are hidden while it's off.

Status comes only from the system. You can't mark anything as connected by hand, and refreshing the page always shows the true state.

When AccentPOS switches an integration off

AccentPOS can switch an integration off for one organisation, or for everyone if a provider has an outage. Your settings are never deleted. While an integration is off:

  • the store's row reads Disabled by AccentPOS and keeps its identifier
  • connect and settings changes are refused
  • the provider's incoming traffic is refused, such as Deliverect orders or Nash courier updates
  • work that was waiting to be sent is skipped. For Nash, a paid delivery that was waiting for a courier shows the usual delivery failed banner on the till, so staff can deliver it themselves or refund it. For Xero, the nightly push is skipped; your Xero sign-in is kept
  • related buttons disappear. For example, with Nash off, the till hides its Delivery order button and the DELIV action on the receipt, and online ordering hides the delivery option

When AccentPOS switches it back on, everything returns as it was, usually within 30 seconds, and you don't need to reconnect. Xero then catches up any of the last three days it missed.

Requesting an integration

  1. Press Request an integration at the top of the page, or Request or Ask AccentPOS to enable on a row.
  2. Choose the integration. It's pre-selected if you started from a row.
  3. If you like, add a note about what you need it for.
  4. Press Send request.

The row then shows when you asked, for example Requested 12 Oct 2026. Asking again within 30 days doesn't create a second request; your newest note replaces the old one. A request doesn't switch anything on. AccentPOS uses requests to decide what to build and enable next, and will be in touch.

How each provider connects

PayPal, Nash, Xero, Deliverect, Dojo and Zettle each connect in their own way. See Store settings › Integrations, and Xero for the account checklist and the nightly push.
