Kitchen screens & printing
A kitchen that doesn't lose tickets.
Station screens that run on an iPad or any web browser, and printing built as a queue: every chit retried, every failure shown to staff, with a fallback printer ready.
Kitchen screens
New, Cooking, Ready — and nothing in between.
Tickets arrive in station lanes with course headings and timers. Start it, mark it ready, serve it. Late tickets stand out. Each station decides whether it uses a screen, tickets, or both.
- Station boards with live updates
- Course headings and prep timers
- On an iPad or in any web browser
Printing
A dropped chit is a lost order. So we don't drop them.
Every ticket and receipt goes into a queue. If a printer is busy, out of paper or unplugged, AccentPOS retries, shows the failure to staff instead of hiding it, and can send it to a fallback printer.
- Retries with back-off
- Failed jobs stay visible until they print
- One-step fallback to another printer
Routing and tickets, your way

Branded receipts
Your logo and promotional images, prepared for thermal paper, plus QR codes on receipts.
Reprints, clearly marked
Reprint a course, a station or selected items. Kitchen reprints always say REPRINT.
Printers known to every till
Set a printer up once; the next iPad that finds it can adopt it in one tap.
Test prints that tell you something
A diagnostic print shows the printer's make, connection, paper width and stations.
