Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use accentpos.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Our standard
We design and build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Every page has a clear heading structure and a link to skip straight to the main content.
- Menus, accordions and forms work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text meets AA colour-contrast ratios; colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Product illustrations have text descriptions, and animation respects your reduced-motion setting.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced and explained.
Known limitations
We haven't yet completed a manual review with screen readers; we'll list anything we find here, with a date to fix it. The help centre articles come from our product documentation and refer to screens inside the AccentPOS apps.
Contact us
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email ops@accentpos.com or call +44 1329 836 262. We'll reply within one working day.
How we tested
On 9 October 2026 we tested 13 key pages, at desktop and mobile sizes, with automated WCAG 2.2 A and AA checks (axe-core): no issues were found. We also checked keyboard use of menus, accordions and forms. We plan to add a manual screen-reader review.
