What counts as transaction turnover?

The value of the sales you take through AccentPOS in a month. Your fee is 1% of that, plus VAT. There's no fixed monthly fee, so a quiet month costs less.

Is VAT included?

No. Our fee is shown before VAT, which is added at the standard rate.

How and when do I pay?

By direct debit, monthly in arrears: each month you pay 1% of the previous month's transaction turnover, plus VAT.

What happens after the 30 days?

During the trial you set up a direct debit from inside the Hub. When you're ready to go live, we switch your account to the Standard plan: 1% of your monthly transaction turnover, plus VAT, billed monthly in arrears. You can trade live during the trial.

Question 5

What if a direct debit fails?

We'll let you know and give you 14 days to sort it. If it's still unpaid after that, access to the Hub back office is paused until it's resolved — but your tills keep trading throughout.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract and no set-up fee. You pay 1% of what you take through AccentPOS each month, plus VAT.

Do I have to buy hardware from you?

Accepted Answer

No. Use the iPads, printers and card readers you already have if they're supported, or ask us for a recommendation and quote.

Are card fees included?

Accepted Answer

No. Card processing is charged by your provider — Zettle, Dojo or PayPal — in the usual way, and paid out to your own merchant account.
