Everyone signs in with their own PIN. Job titles decide what they can do, managers approve what matters, and every sensitive action is logged.

Not just yes or no.
Around 28 till actions — voids, discounts, refunds, transfers, pacing overrides and more — can each be not permitted, allowed, allowed with a manager PIN, or allowed up to a limit. Set them by job title, with exceptions for individuals.

Mark products as age-restricted. Staff are prompted to check ID and record the outcome; kitchen hand-over waits until they do. Refusals remove only the restricted items. Only the outcome is stored — never ID details.
