How will we use the information about you? Initially, we collect this information about you to process your order for our goods and services. When visiting a restaurants booking system which is hosted by us, the information collected will be your first name, last name, contact email address and phone number, and any other special requirements. Initially, the information is collected in order to process your booking and for the restaurant to send confirmations of the booking back to you. Marketing and How long will we keep your information On the booking site, you will be asked to tick a box which seeks permission for the restaurant to contact you with regards future restaurant details and offers. By ticking this box, it is agreed that you have given your consent to carry out this process and that your information will be securely kept by Accent IT Services Ltd and shared with the restaurant.
